About the Producers
Luis and Vanessa, both specialist dentists, are the couple behind Aurum Coffee. Their
passion for coffee was born from a desire to merge science, dedication, and human
sensitivity into a product that embodies excellence and authenticity.
With the same discipline from their professional careers, they built Aurum Coffee to share not only remarkable coffees, but also the story of their land, the work of local farmers, and the hope of a new generation of coffee growers.
Terroir & Ecosystem
- Native faique shade trees create a cool microclimate and enrich the soil with natural nitrogen.
- Waters of Podocarpus National Park bring purity and minerality that influence
fermentation and washing. - Masanamaca’s climate (cool nights and mild days) extends cherry maturation,
increasing bean density. - Podocarpus River borders the farm, bringing freshness and biodiversity.

They are guided by a philosophy that blends scientific rigor with passion, they seek to
deliver consistent, reliable, and extraordinary results.
Social Commitment
Aurum Coffee has a strong social mission: to empower women and strengthen their
