Roots Blend
Raíces is a balanced and versatile coffee with a creamy body, notes of chocolate and caramelized nuts, and a citrus finish that adds brightness and freshness. Its clean and stable profile makes it ideal for espresso, filter coffee, and milk-based drinks, appealing to both those who enjoy a classic cup and specialty coffee lovers.
Originating from Loja, Zamora, Pichincha and Orellana, we work with the Caturra, improved Typica, Bourbon and Conilon varieties, under a washed process, drying on raised beds and medium light roasting, designed to offer consistency and character throughout the year.

Pro Blend
Pro Blend expresses the character of Ecuadorian specialty coffee in a sweet and balanced cup. It features notes of tangerine caramel, milk chocolate, and a sweet finish, with a silky texture and medium body. It's an easy-to-enjoy coffee, expressive from the first sip.
It performs excellently as espresso, where it is creamy and well-rounded, and in filter coffees, where its cleanliness, aroma, and natural sweetness shine. It comes from Loja and Imbabura, with Caturra, Improved Typica, and Bourbon varieties, processed using washed and honey methods, dried on raised beds, and roasted to a medium-light temperature to enhance clarity and balance.
