About the Producers

Finca El Aguacate is a family-owned farm located in Loja, managed by several generations who have maintained a close relationship with the land and coffee cultivation. The work takes place at 2,100 meters above sea level, where the Eguiguren family combines tradition with contemporary techniques to produce coffees that reflect the agricultural identity of the region. Their approach is based on organic practices, responsible environmental management, and a production process that uses local resources such as pure mountain water to maintain clean and sustainable agriculture.
